причина моей проблемы заключается в том, что капсу для части операций необходимо быть юзером, а для части - рутом.
причем все эти операции сведены в один интерфейс и понять с налету, что работает в текущий момент невозможно.
причем зачастую нужно сначала выполнить операцию рута, потом юзера, а потом опять рута и вернуться к юзеру...
о том, что новый капс не печатает на сетевые самбовые принтеры писали уже.
поэтому я бы все таки по умолчанию раскоментировал строчки
runasuser = no
noizsvrat = yes
до тех пор, пока не появится более продуманного решения с запуском из под пользователя.
