Хм... Интересная взаимосвязь :-\
В updates для Spring эти пакеты не попадают.
Могу только ещё раз выдвинуть предположение, что где-то в системе
остались библиотеки от старых версий программ, которые не были
своевременно удалены, и поэтому они дают "наводку" при работе apt+rpm.
