В принципе там особой документации-то и не было.
Разве что небольшое faq.txt.
Но может быть какая-то документация нужна, я например узнал,
что в ядре есть шифрование как раз через этот каталог crypto. А теперь что,
по исходникам ползать людям, желающим узнать, что же в ядре интересного есть?
Это вроде теперь такое поветрие покрывать криптографию в ядре
мраком таинственности для usa-пользователей.
В общем на мой взгляд лучше чтобы она была хоть какая, чем совсем ничего.
P.S. После перехода на 2.4.17 приходится загружать модули типа cryptoloop
самостоятельно, а в 2.4.15 не надо было. Это так задумано?
