Дело обстоит так:
gnome-core-1.4.0.4-alt1, всё остальное соотв. версий тех же времён (вот и не шлю багрепа, ибо _может быть_ в новом всё Ok)
sawfish-1.0-alt3
Независимо от региональных настроек и (как koi8-r, так и 1251) проявляется следующий эффект:
При включении горячих кнопок панели (Ctrl-ESC и Ctrl-F2) сами они работают замечательно, но в приложениях перестают работать ESC и F2.
Из XFree:
Option "XkbRules" "xfree86"
Option "XkbModel" "pc102"
Option "XkbLayout" "ru"
Option "XkbVariant" "winkeys" (это не влияет на глюк)
Option "XkbOptions" "grp:ctrl_shift_toggle"
