Если при этом Вы не перезаписываете никаких ядерных файлов в boot (т.е.
для этого Вам надо назвать bzImage как bzImage-bla-bla, и System.map как
System.map-bla-bla, при этом собрав ядро с указанием в
/usr/src/linux/Makefile EXTRAVERSION = -bla-bla - то для системы все будет
выглядеть вполне нормально. Для использования header'ов от своего ядра
надо изменить ссылку /etc/alternatives/kernel_include ->
/usr/src/linux/include.
