Пересборка пакетов может дать такой side-effect: пакеты будут иметь
зависимости, отличные от тех, которыми обладают дистрибутивные пакеты.
apt-get за это дерет по попе.
По-хорошему говоря, такая ситуация означает, что либо у вас при сборке
чего-то опционального не стояло, либо на сборочном сервере ALTLinux.
Следовательно, либо что-то недопрописано в BuildRequires, либо вы зря
пользовались --nodeps.
