Загляните в SPEC-файл от пакета php, там все расписано. На самом деле, Вам
необходимо пока собирать PHP дважды, указывая каждый раз разные SAPI (в
случае /usr/bin/php -- ничего, в случае mod_php -- указать сборку с
Apache). Пока -- потому что в будущем в PHP планируется возможность сборки
нескольких SAPI модулей одновременно, используя разделяемую библиотеку в
том стиле, как это сделано сейчас в наших пакетах PHP.
