Уточню: для всех пакетов, попадающих в список RPM::AllowedDupPkgs,
apt выполняет "-ihv".
Этот список сейчас по умолчанию выглядит так:
^(kernel|alsa)[0-9]*($|-up|-smp|-secure|-custom|-enterprise|-BOOT)
