потестировал немного видевход на своем радеоне
поскольку железа очень мало то получилось довольно куце.
использовал xawtv своей сборки.
вот чего обнаружилось из видеоустройств:

качество видео скорее неплохое.
оверлей и масштабирование работают хорошо с любой глубиной цвета.
есть pal secam и ntsc
проверял только pal но судя по реакции на смену работают все.
похоже отсутствует сглаживание.
самое главное - не удалось снять картинку в файл.
и похоже из за отсутствия поддержки capture в драйвере.
цветность насыщеность смещение цвета и звук работают нормально. Полный экран тоже.
работает стабильно, зависов не было. (при первом запуске xawtv весь комп завис наглухо но больше повторить эту ситуацию не удалось)
