А Вы попробуйте не отображать текст на панели инструментов (Вид => Пенель
инструментов -> Пиктограммы). Будет помещаться на треть экрана :)
А вот насчёт отображения с текстом - тут уж я не знаю... Вообще это
распостранённый недостаток - размер русского текста получается почему-то
больше, чем у английского оригинала...
