Проверьте версию пакета procmail:
$ rpm --lastchange procmail
* Tue Jul 31 2001 Dmitry V. Levin <ldv@altlinux.ru> 3.21-alt1

- Removed setgid-to-mail bit from procmail.
- Enabled LMTP.
- Corrected License tag.
Таким образом, procmail (в Сизифе и в 3-й бете Castle) больше не умеет
создавать почтовые ящики (по соображениям безопасности).
С другой стороны, пакет shadow-utils версии >= 20000902 содержит
обновленную утилиту useradd, которая для несистемных пользователей
почтовый ящик создает.
Если Вы обновили procmail из Сизифа, то Вам стоит обновить shadow-utils, а
также сделать почтовые ящики всем пользователям, которые уже существуют в
системе и должны иметь возможность получать почту.
