Только своим коллегам и по большому секрету. На работе каждому
пользователю дана своя квота на proxy. У меня она 2,5 К (семь!
суток на Сизиф) - вдвое медленнее, чем дома при модемном
соединении. Мне показалось, что wget обходит эту квоту и при
малой загрузке использует весь канал.
