Не планируется (см. ниже).

Это snapshot нашей текущей разработки. Время от времени snapshot
Sisyphus'а будет выходить как стабильный дистрибутив, но, разумеется, с
другим именем (скажем, Mandrake RE).

Для рабочих станций и серверов, не только для
русско/украино/беларусо/...-язычных пользователей (хотя они найдут для
себя, как обычно, много плюсов), ...
В целом, ориентация (стабильной версии) дистрибутива сходна с той, что
есть у Mandrake RE.
Что касается непосредственно Sisyphus, то это исключительно для тех, кто
готов помогать разработчикам в тестировании "нестабильной" версии
дистрибутива.
