Я тяну:
rsync -rltPv --delete-after --include-from=include.lst
--exclude-from=exclude.ls rsync.altlinux.ru::ALTLinux/Sisyphus .
(все в одну строку, разумеется)
в файле include.lst шаблоны для включения в закачку, в exclude.lst для
исключения (я туда поместил *.src.rpm & Co)
В текущей папке появится каталог Sisyphus.
А вообще man rsync
