Потому что под ней такой подход не работает, ввиду бедности поставки.
Впрочем искаропки там есть одно хорошее средство обмена файлами - SMB.
Для win2win самое оно.

Тут я намекаю о том, что если у нас связь только с соседом Васей - мы
можем делать там что хотим. А если мы высовываемся в интернеты, то тут
как бы стандарты надо соблюсти.
