Ренетом пользоваться не советую - многие жалуются на бессовестность
организации и способность воровать у клиентов.
Цены на оборудование, трафик, подключение можно посмотреть здесь:
http://inetsar.ru/, они же подключают и т.д.
Оборудование можно купить и дешевле - в МСК или к примеру http://realcomp.ru/, и т.д.
Лучше брать тарелку не менее 1.4 - 1.6 м (если есть возможность - 2м) - как я слышал спутниковый интернет отличается нестабильностью и завязан на погодные условия. Оборудование за 5 тыс. руб. бывает только для приманки, реальное железо тянет под 10.
Плюс нужно продумать обрытный канал (ADSL например)
