фастбб очень легко администрируется и настраивается.
Если коротко, то на сайте регишь имя, тебе тут-же создается форум и делай там, что хочешь. А потом неспеша можно будет и свой форум сделать, да заадно посмотреть, на самом ли дели форум так нужен.
