Первое на современном железе в целом пренебрежимо. А со вторым на
спутал, это наоборот, у железного привязка к контроллеру, а mdadm ты
на любом линуксе просто запустишь без лишних телодвижений.
Но вообще, холивар хард vs софт рейд это наверно посильнее чем фауст
гёте^W^W вин vs лин.
