Что, в общем, разумно. Что это за, простите, такое требование
"лояльности" от клиента? Но вообще убрали их, насколько я понял, просто
потому, что скорость подняли до уровня "с лояльностью" и они теперь
стали лишены смысла.
А что тарифы сменились - у тех кто пользуется остались старые.
Оператор не имеет права просто сам просто брать и менять твой тариф.
Только по требованию клиента. И я, например, кстати посмотрев на новые
вижу что пока мой старый закрытый тариф мне подходит больше.
