Вот именно. У меня Pentium I до сих пор работает - этакая
"палочка-выручалочка" на случай, если мой "более новый" компьютер
сломается. Так что я этот Pentium I для сожжения предоставлять не
буду, не просите.
У меня под Windows некая программа, которую переносить нельзя, на обоих
компьютерах. (Так что пришлось оплачивать 2 экз. лицензии). Скоро буду
дополнять мой "более новый" компьютер сетевой картой (чтобы подключиться
к ещё одному провайдеру, типа "один друг хорошо, а два лучше"), боюсь,
после этого соответствующий экземпляр той программы придёт в негодность,
придётся пользоваться этой программой лишь на "более старом" ПК, то
есть, на компьютере как раз с Pentium I.
Кстати. Чтобы не ошибиться: есть ли в списке несовместимого с Linux
оборудования сетевые карты? А то мне будет обидно, если куплю,
подключусь, а по-прежнему в Интернет выходить смогу только из-под Windows...
