Я имею в виду продажу от физического лица физическому лицу в частном
порядке. На сайте Касперского имеется возможность "открепления" лицензии
в случае покупки или продажи лицензии другому лицу, так что это действие
вполне законно.
Если представить себе, что ты решил продать свою, допустим, машину марки
ВАЗ соседу, то у тебя что - должен быть дилерский договор с ВАЗом? :)
