Наверно qemu умеет изображать нажатие кнопки питания в нутро
виртуальной своей машине (про это кажется даже уже упоминали выше)?
А виндовс умеет это нажатие обрабатывать, это я точно знаю. Ещё в
2000 году умел, вряд-ли разучится.
