Если пользователь, от которого устанавливался src.rpm не входит в
группу RPM, то исходники вместе со спеком лежат в ~/RPM/, вместо
/usr/src/RPM . Если же пользователь входит в указанную группу,
то исходники и спек окажутся в /usr/src/RPM/.
