Вышел релиз 9.1 одного из самых популярных Линукс дистрибутивов.
Список основных изменений:
* Инсталляция стала еще более простой и автоматизированной (куда уж
более).
* Для десктопа появилась тема "MandrakeGalaxy" со сглаженными шрифтами.
* Поддержка USB 2.0, ACPI, изменения размера раздела у NTFS, некоторых
WiFi устройств, безопасного и простого апгрейда/даунгрейда между Apache
1.3 и Apache 2.0 и Zeroconf.
* Десктопы: KDE 3.1, GNOME 2.2
* Интернет: Mozilla 1.3, Galeon 1.3.3 (?), Fetchmail 6.2.1, Evolution
1.2.2
* Офис: OpenOffice 1.0.2, KOffice 1.2.1
* Ядро: пререлиз 2.4.21
* Apache 2.0.44, gcc 3.2.2, glibc 2.3.1, XFree86 4.3.0, php 4.3.0, Mysql
4.0.11a и т.д.
