Как вариант fuser -k -m /mnt/cdrom (или куда он примонтирован)
Но читал я где-то что это ядерная трабла, типа не умеет она с умершими
сидюками работать... Легче отдать сидюк на растерзание специалистам и
попросить их подрегулировать лазер, если конечно есть куда регулировать.
