Ставил в нормальном режиме. Всё, что хотел установилось и работает (в том
числе и Lokalize).
Конфигурация:
Windows XP SP3 (En+MUI)
KDE 4.4 (Сегодня попробую последнюю версию)
Локальная сеть с прокси-сервером в прозрачном режиме
Устанавливал напрямую из сети
Возможно, у Вас проблемы с конфигурацией.
