достаточно использовать файл проекта который лежит в свн:
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kde4/ru/index.ktp?view=log
lokalize --project index.ktp
я сделал себе алиас:
alias lru="lokalize --project /<ПУТЬ>/index.ktp"
svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kde4/ru
это также написано в документации по lokalize. я старался её писать кратко
и по делу.
если проблема не решится - опишите её более подробно.
