Конечно, можно. Но не забудьте после того, как его внесут в SVN, обновить свою версию отсюда:

Хотя могут ответить, что лучше никакого перевода, чем плохой перевод (тут есть специалисты, определяющие качество перевода, даже не заглядывая в него ;) ).
