Верно замечено, спасибо!
Две строки с такой ошибкой находятся в файле
messages/kde-workspace/powerdevil.po, в следующих ветках:
branches/stable/l10n-kde4/ru
trunk/l10n-kf5/ru
branches/stable/l10n-kf5/ru
Если у кого-то сейчас есть свободное время, исправьте, пожалуйста, в SVN.
