Виктор,
Сейчас переводам из "stable" соответствуют исходники в ветке
Plasma/5.6 в каждом репозитории Plasma (например, в discover.git; если
пользуетесь kdesrc-build, то все репозитории Plasma оказываются в
<каталоге-с-исходниками>/kde/workspace). Вскоре после выхода 5.6.5 (то
есть через 3-4 месяца) "stable" переедет на новую ветку Plasma/5.7, но
этот момент можно отследить в XML-файле [1].
