Выложил в SVN со следующими изменениями (изменения в файлах можно
посмотреть по ссылкам "text changed"):

Общие замечания:
1. "Вы действительно хотите [...]" необязательно писать.
2. "New Action" -- пункт меню, предназначенный для добавления новой
задачи. Команды перевода на другие языки, например, на украинский и
фразцузский, предпочитают переводить строки типа "New [...]" дословно:
("Нова дія", "Nouvelle action"). А в русских переводах KDE названия
кнопок и пунктов меню, создающих какой-то объект, обычно переводят
глаголом: "Создать [...]".
3. В заголовках окон -- наоборот, убираем глаголы.
