Посмотрел. Заметил в файле kdelibs/kdelibs.po некоторые сообщения
оставлены на русском.
Но пользу этот архив может принести: например, после синхронизации
kdelibs.po со свежим шаблоном перевода kdelibs4.pot 31,9% строк
остаются переведёнными.
P.S.: Я с самого начала не понял, как открыть архив
kde-i18n-tt_RU-3.5.9-alt3.src.rpm. Он открывается в Ark, если выбрать
тип архива "архив CPIO (сжатый GZIP)".
