В том, что два термина попеременно используются в качестве перевода
одного, есть доля смысла. Возможно, логика была такая: для собственно
пользовательского интерфейсе взят перевод "устройство", т.к. он
короче, а в окне настройки -- "носитель информации", т.к. там
краткость не столь важна.
Поскольку эта дискуссия может затянуться, из-за чего эта строка
останется без перевода в KDE SC 4.5.2, я перевёл её как "Доступные
устройства":
