Так как мы не только переводим, но и локализуем, то предположу, что $2-3
000 в месяц. По з/п в час мне сложно что-либо сказать. Если посчитать,
то 2500/40 = $62.5/час = 1500руб/час.
Кстати, если рассматривать работу в Open Source, то нужно умножит на 2
(так как сверхурочные в двойном размере).
