Привет! Посмотрел на план релиза:

Как я понимаю, то сейчас все очень заняты (многие учатся, кто-то возится
с GSoC и т.д.). Предлагаю на майских праздниках устроить день перевода
KDE 4.1: все контрибьюторы могут собраться в IRC и помочь новичкам
что-нибудь попереводить (проконтролировать качество). Можно
разрекламировать акцию, чтобы привлечь побольше людей. Можно попросить
поучаствовать кубунтовцев.
Предлагаю, так как видел такие штуки в рассылках разработчиков.
