Отвечу шуткой на шутку: не все утки следует переводить как ночной
горшок :) Тот же Konqueror у нас не администратор, а файловый менеджер.
Прокомментирую самого себя:
- слова "Настройки" *избегать* ( != запретить )
- Администратор - *чаще всего* ( != всегда и везде )
