Перестаньте. Вон, uk уже 100%, а толку? Сплошная транслитерация. Это позволяет
быстро перевести, но качество речи страдает. У нас уже KDE3 был почти
полностью переведён, но KDE4 (в силу разных причин, но не демократии) был
подзаброшен. Потихоньку при стабилизации допилим. Главное - не скорость, а
качество.
Так что демократия тут не при чём, работать надо!
