+модифицируя при этом перевод интерфейса: http://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/l10n-kde4/ru/messages/kdebase/dolphin.po
-kdeedu (http://l10n.kde.org/stats/doc/trunk-kde4/ru/kdeedu/index.php): kalzium, kalgebra
-доперевести okular http://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/l10n-kde4/ru/docmessages/kdegraphics/okular.po
некоторые из этих файлов брали другие люди, но с ними контакт был больше месяца назад, поэтому следует считать файлы "свободными" :)
кроме того, как уже было сказано, в переводе нуждаются статьи с techbase.kde.org.
