Да в принципе все просто. Выберите себе что-либо, еще непереведенное или же
облсть, в которой хотите переводить (к примеру в kdebase, kdesdk, kdegames
или что-либо еще). Напишите сюда, что именно хотите переводить и мейнтейнер
пакета вышлет вам файлы, ссылки на словари и инструкции для перевода. Вот
собственно и все.
