килобит - кбит (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Килобит_в_секунду)
кибибайт - Кибит, КиБ (http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Двоичные_приставки)
Согласно последней ссылке,
kb - кб (а не Кб)
Все остальные приставки (мега-, гига- и прочее - с заглавной буквы):
Мб, Гб, Тб, Пб...
