попробовал перевести промтом раздел "конфигурация" док kstars
в принципе, понять можно.
кому интересно - файлик

положите в /usr/share/doc/HTML/ru/kstars/
и в konqueror'e: help:kstars
может наделать таких переводов для всей документации по kstars (всё равно их врядли кто будет переводить) и запихнуть их в cvs?
