Собственно, смысл вроде становится понятен:
Если не держать контрол, текст из буфера вставляется
Если держать контрол, он выполняется (или можно сказать - отправляется на
выполнение, но по-моему это излишне). Тут надо заметить, что если текст уже
состоял из нескольких строк (разделенных переносами), то независимо от
нажатия модификатора выполнятся все строки кроме последней. Нажатие контрола
повлияет только на выполнение последней строки - т.е. если контрол будет
нажат, выполнится и она.
