Дороговато, но последние модели холодные и с SSE3

Практически непринципиальна IMHO.
Для Athlon 64 гораздо выигрыщнее за те же деньги взять Low Latency
память, например от Patriot или др. фирм.
Впрочем, двуканальный LL тоже бываeт. :-)
