Должно быть так:
options snd-intel8x0 index=0
options snd-hda-intel index=1
Сам неоднократно проверял, у меня работает аж с 5-ю звуковыми
устройствами одновременно. Более изощрённые случаи (в т.ч. когда имеется
несколько snd-usb-audio) разобраны тут:
