Для трансцендов есть фирменная программка, которая может переключать
флэш между эмуляцией USB-HDD/USB-ZIP:

Называется mformat.
Переключаем в USB-HDD и разбиваем на разделы.
Для других флэшей - наверное как-то похоже...
