Добрый день!
Имеются хард-диски, которые использовались через рейд-контролер FastTrak
TX2000 (имеет свой bios). При попытке использовать эти предварительно
отформатированные диски через обычный вход IDE и установке некоторых
Linux'ов (SUSE, Ubuntu) эти диски обнаруживаются как часть raid-массива.
В bios'e компьютера никаких упоминаний о существовании каких-либо
raid-массивов нет, как и нет самого рейд-контролера. Кроме этого, при
подключении другого диска заведомо неиспользованного с
рейд-контролером, никакого raid-массива не обнаруживается. Это наводит
на мысль, что на самом диске осталась информация о прежней разбивке
диска в качестве raid-массива.
Как очистить такие диски? Кто-нибудь сталкивался с подобным? Чистка MBR
обычным fdisk ничего не дала.
P.S. Помню недавно об очистке диска была дискуссия, однако у меня
слетела база примерно за месяц, а в архивах Community and Sisyphus
информацию не нашел. Так что простите великодушно :).
