Рискну экстраполировать свой опыт с ALM 2.4 и GeForce 6600 AGP - будут
сложности с драйверами nVidia (дистрибутив слишком стар для
использования с картами nVidia Series 6 "из коробки"). Так что не факт,
что хватит терпения установить.
После установки, впрочем, добро пожаловать в backports -
ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/backports/2.4
Драйвер "оттуда" у меня работает (было странно иное ;-) на ALM 2.4.
