Относительно CPU/RAM соглашусь с mike@: процессор мог быть и послабее
(хотя до Celeron опускаться, IMHO, не стоит), а вот памяти не помешало
бы 1 Gb - помимо роста объёма, появится ещё и Dual Ranked (если я
правильно понимаю, это есть аналог Dual Channel, знакомый мне по чипсету
nForce 2?)

Главное - не забывать, что вот на этом возможен только linux software RAID.
