Добрый день!
Есть старенький но хороший модем US Robotics 56k ISA INT. Замечательно
работает с Windows и также замечательно работал с ALT Linux 2.3 Compact.
По недостатку ума, для перехода на ALT Linux 2.4 Master, я снес ALC2.3
вместо того, чтобы обновить систему. На пустующее место поставил ALM2.4.
Модем постоянно занят. Ставил isapnp, игрался с перемычками - результата
нет. Запросы kppp на ttys0 - ttys3 показывают, что модема нет или он занят.
Не покупать же новый!
