т.е. с сервером провайдера соединиться удалось?
Сервер провайдера по ip-адресу пингуется? остальные интернет ресурсы _по
IP-адресу_ пингуются?
Если ответ "да", то смотреть в сторону настройки DNS на клиентской
части, если нет, то в сторону настроек маршрутизации и правил
iptables/ipchains.
